Ms. Bazan brings over 22 years of Real Estate experience to her position as Managing Partner and Founder of Capstone Property Investments, LLC. She is responsible for the Company’s Property Acquisition Program including property sourcing, due diligence, property underwriting and US Government Services Administration relations.

The majority of her career has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and management of buildings leased to the State of California and the Federal Government, throughout the United States.

After spending eight years as a real estate negotiator for the State of California she joined the Colliers International Investment division and has been directly involved with the acquisition and disposition of well over $200,000,000 of office property, mainly leased to the Federal Government.
